We thank God for our Mothers. We are grateful for all that you do for us! We spent some time this week creating a little gift for you! We love you!
We added to our April/May vocabulary books. These have been a great tool for them to expand their vocabulary.
We know that we are Children of God and that we need to treat others with love, respect, and kindness.
As we continue to work on our stamping task, we think it is cool when we see our hear these words. Fr. Paul used the word “sap” during his homily, and many of the Kindergartners had stamped/written it that very morning!
Read to Grow “feet” were sent home today. Please help your child complete their “parts” ASAP. Thank you!
In Science we are learning about all of the New Life that happens in the Spring. We listened to books about the life cycle of Butterflies. We created an emergent book and a worksheet about the lifecycle.
We met Mr. Y and have worked to complete activities from some of our other Letter People. We continue to practice our sight words! We know that we see these everywhere and that they make us better readers and writers.
Please help your child become more confident with their skip counting, particularly by 2s. We are working on our confidence with this skill.
We are encouraging the children to be more mindful as they write their letters and their numbers. We ask them to correct numbers written backwards and make sure they are forming their letters correctly.
The cost of milk/juice for the rest of the year will be $12.
Have a great weekend! We will see you on Monday!
