Special Person Day
We had a wonderful time with our Special Person.
The photos will be developed and your child will give the picture frame to their guest.
Please remember to have your child’s order in the week before so we have an accurate account.
Due to two short weeks in a row, we will have one spelling test during those two weeks.
The final test will be on Wed. Nov. 2nd.
Please work with your child on studying the list words and sentences.
The students have been busy learning the concept of multiplication. They should know that multiplication is repeated addition and you have to have equal groups to multiply.
The students began reading nonfiction passages about animal appetites. They read about that VERY slow moving sloth. We also started talking about main idea sentences in paragraphs.
The 3rd graders learned about four types of prayer. They are thanksgiving, praise, petition, and blessing.
A letter went home Thursday about the activities for Halloween. Please check your child’s bookbag and Home Folder.
